Here's the honest part: at under $500/mo in ad spend, Google's machine learning doesn't have enough conversion data to optimize properly. You'd burn the budget before the algorithm calibrated. It wouldn't be fair to take your money for a system that needs more fuel than you can give it right now.

The real minimum to be profitable in most junk-removal metros is $1,500–$3,000/mo in actual ad spend, plus a management fee. Top-25 markets need more. We talked about this in the FAQ on the application page — and we mean it.
